What to Expect From Our First Meeting

Our attorneys believe that every Arkansan has the right to affordable, competent representation for their legal needs. We strive to make the process of filing a bankruptcy affordable and seamless for our clients.

During your initial FREE consultation, you will be asked to complete a few short forms that reveal some basic information to your attorney. Upon completion of the forms you will meet with a paralegal who will spend 20-30 minutes gathering information related to the property you own, the debts you have, your income, and your monthly expenses. Once you have completed your time with the paralegal you will then meet with one of our experienced attorneys who will walk you through your options for both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. They will put your mind at ease, letting you know there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

You will be under no obligation or pressure to file a bankruptcy at the time of the consultation. Our goal is to educate you and to let you know that you DO have options. Our experienced attorneys will educate you as to all your options and should you choose to move forward will walk you through the next steps.
